  • Lavender Essential Oil (15ml): Known as one of the most versatile and popular essential oils, the deeply herbaceous and floral aroma of Lavender Oil is a must-have in any oil toolkit, particularly during Spring!
  • May Chang Essential Oil (15ml): Also known as Litsea Cubeba Essential Oil, May Chang can alleviate mental fatigue and exhaustion, as well as being beneficial in skincare applications due to its natural antiseptic and astringent properties.
  • Ylang Ylang 3rd Essential Oil (15ml): In addition to its pleasantly floral aroma, Ylang Ylang Essential Oil (3rd) has been seen to balance emotions, ease feelings of stress and anxiety, relieve extreme mood swings and calm the central nervous system.

There are countless ways to use essential oils, but below are a couple of our favourite ideas to get you started;

  • Diffuser: It’s that wonderful time of year again when the flowers are blooming and filling the air with the delightful aroma that is Spring - add 2-10 Drops of Essential Oil to your Diffuser to bring Spring inside too!
  • Face Mist: For a relaxing and refreshing lift, add 1/2 cup of distilled water with 1 tsp Witch Hazel and 4 drops of Essential Oil in a spray bottle and spritz away! Keep in the refrigerator for added freshness.
  • Room Spray:  For a quick room refresher, combine 2 Tbsp alcohol (Vodka works well) with 10-40 drops of Essential Oil into a spray bottle and shake well. Top up with ¾ cup water and mist the air throughout your home.
  • Facial Oil: For an all-natural, healing facial oil, blend 10-15 drops of essential oil into 100ml of your favourite carrier oil – apply nightly for best results!
  • Topically: Dilute a few drops of Essential Oil into a carrier oil, massage oil, or moisturiser to apply topically.

  • Bath: Add a few drops of Essential Oil to a warm bath.
  • On The Go: Add 4-6 drops of Essential Oil to a 15ml roller bottle and top with Fractionated Coconut Oil to create an on-the-go roller blend.
  • Fast Remedy: Add 1-2 drops of Essential Oil to a tissue and inhale at a distance while ensuring that the oil does not come into direct contact with your skin. Alternatively, you can smell the oil directly from the bottle!

Topical Dilution Guidelines
Please note that the following guidelines are recommended for healthy adults:

  • General Use: 2 – 4% dilution (4 – 8 drops per 10ml)
  • Facial Application: 1 – 2% dilution (2 – 4 drops per 10ml)

  • Essential oils are very concentrated and are likely to cause irritation or reactions if applied directly to the skin. For this reason, we recommend diluting your essential oils before using topically (on the skin).
