How to use Menthol Crystals

Below are some of our favourite ways to use Menthol Crystals:

• Decongestant: For a cooling DIY chest rub, gently melt 2 tbsp Coconut Oil, 2 tbsp Beeswax pellets and 1tsp Menthol Crystals (crushed). Pour into a tin and leave to cool and solidify before applying to the chest to relieve congestion.
• Soothing Skin Spray: Help calm irritated skin or minor sunburns with a refreshing cooling skin spray, using 1tbs Menthol Crystals crushed and dissolved in 100ml warm water. Pour into a spray bottle and apply to affected areas for immediate relief.
• Lip balm: To sooth dry or chapped lips, melt 2 tbsp Shea Butter, 1 tbsp Coconut Oil, 1 tbsp Beeswax pellets and 1/4tsp Menthol Crystals in a boiler. Pour into small lip balm containers and allow to cool and harden before applying a thin layer for minty-fresh, hydrated lips.
