MARULA OIL

Born in Africa and now appreciated globally, Marula Oil is an all-natural, deeply nourishing, and much-loved skin support.

While it's relatively new to the modern-day beauty market, the Sclerocarya birrea botanical – known as the Marula tree – has been highly prized in its native southern Africa for centuries. Nowadays, the tree's fruit kernels are pressed to produce a slightly floral carrier oil that's light in texture and rich in properties that deliver incredible benefits to the hair and skin. Packed with vitamins and essential acids, Marula Oil hydrates, softens, moisturises and protects, and has become so popular in anti-ageing circles that many call it the Elixir of Youth.

Fast absorbing and versatile, Marula Oil goes well in DIY skincare solutions and cosmetics. Combine it with essential oils for a personalised blend or apply it topically on its own - no matter how you use it, you'll feel the immediate benefits of this hair and skin saviour!

  • High in Omega-9 fatty acids, Marula Oil helps maintain the skin's natural moisture barrier, preventing water loss and keeping it hydrated and supple.
  • Antioxidants like vitamins C and E in Marula Oil repair the damage caused by pollutants, promoting glowing skin and helping delay the appearance of skin defects, fine lines and wrinkles.
  • Marula oil promotes collagen production, helping to improve skin elasticity for a youthful complexion.
  • Marula Oil's anti-inflammatory properties help to calm redness, soothe irritation, and provide relief for conditions like eczema and rosacea, making it particularly beneficial for sensitive skin.
  • Regular use of Marula Oil can improve skin tone and texture while repairing scars and reducing hyperpigmentation.
  • Used on the hair, Marula Oil works to deeply nourish follicles to add volume and shine while reducing hair frizz.
