Warm, woody, somewhat balsamic aroma, Cedarwood Essential Oil add's a masculine aroma to this blend. Prized for its wide range of therapeutic properties, Cedarwood is known to help ease feelings of stress & anxiety, aids in the quality of sleep, and may stimulate hair growth when diluted in a beard oil.
Eucalyptus Blue Mallee Essential Oil (Eucalyptus polybractea)
Eucalyptus Blue Mallee Essential Oil with it's refreshing aroma promotes mental clarity, alertness, and focus, helping to improve mental fatigue. How to use 'Him' Essential Oil Blend
- Diffuse: The most common way to enjoy Essential Oils, add 2-10 drops of oil to your Aromatherapy Diffuser or Car Diffuser.
- Topically/On the Go: You can also experience the benefits of Essential Oils by adding 4-6 drops of your Essential Oil Blend to a 15ml roller bottle and top with Fractionated Coconut Oil. Apply to your wrists, temples, behind your ears & soles of your feet.
See topical dilution guide below for safe topical application - Beard Oil: This blend with it's hair and skin benefits makes the perfect addition to a beard oil. Add 4-6 drops into a 15ml bottle and top with either Jojoba Oil or Avocado Oil. Add to the palm of your hands, rub together and then apply through the beard and onto the skin.
- Skin Serum: Not just for emotional regulation, the ingredients in HIM Essential Oil Blend have fantastic healing properties when it comes to skincare. Add a few drops of the blend to 100ml carrier oil of choice (try Jojoba Oil or Rosehip Oil, or a combination of both). Once diluted, apply nightly to desired areas, avoiding your eyes and sensitive areas. Alternatively, you can add a couple of drops to your existing skincare products (cream / lotion) to boost their healing and rejuvenating properties.
- Fast Remedy: Add 1-2 drops of essential oil blend to a tissue and inhale at a distance while ensuring that the oil does not come into direct contact with your skin. Alternatively, you can smell the oil directly from the bottle!
Topical Dilution Guidelines
Please note that the following guidelines are recommended for healthy adults:
- General Use: 2 – 4% dilution (4 – 8 drops per 10ml)
- Facial Application: 1 – 2% dilution (2 – 4 drops per 10ml)
