Inhale Essential Oil Blend (15ml): With its uniquely clean and crisp aroma, AWO’s Inhale Essential Oil Blend is designed to help relieve sinus congestion and respiratory related problems. Inhale combines a blend of 100% pure essential oils that are recognised to provide a sense of clarity and relief to those suffering from sinus infections, blocked sinuses, allergies, and flu-like symptoms.
Defend Essential Oil Blend (15ml): Defend Essential Oil Blend is comprised of oils that are known to be fantastic essential oils for immunity and designed to purify the air and prevent the spread of harmful airborne bacteria, whilst energising those who are feeling weak and exhausted. AWO’s Defend Essential Oil Blend helps to protect and support the immune system whilst reducing typical cold and flu-like symptoms.
Combat Essential Oil Blend (15ml): AWO’s Combat Essential Oil Blend has been specially formulated to bring strength and relief to those suffering from cold and flu symptoms. The powerful, yet balanced aroma of Combat uses oils that are known to be fantastic essential oils for coughs, colds, and flu’s, and which boast natural antibacterial properties that work together to help kill bacteria and fight against illness.
There are countless ways to use essential oils, but below are a few of our favourite ideas to get you started;
- Diffuse: Add a few drops of Essential Oil to your Diffuser and diffuse in your home, office or wherever you need support.
- Topical Roll On: For a health and wellness blend you can take on the go, add 2-3 drops of each Essential Oil into a 10ml roller bottle and top up with Fractionated Coconut Oil – Apply to your wrists, temples, behind your ears & bottoms of your feet.
- Fast Remedy: For a quick fix, add 1-2 drops of Oil to a tissue and inhale at a distance while ensuring that the oil does not come into direct contact with your skin. Alternatively, you can smell the oil directly from the bottle!
- Decongesting Shower:  Add a drop of Essential Oil to each corner of the shower, and the aroma will rise with the steam to aid in relieving congestion and help boost immune function.
Essential Oil Safety
- In line with the Therapeutic Goods Act, we do not recommend ingesting essential oils without the guidance of a registered Aromatherapist or Naturopath. Essential Oils are extremely potent and can cause serious harm if used incorrectly.
- Essential oils should be kept out of reach of children and pets.
- Avoid using Essential Oils during pregnancy and whilst breastfeeding.
- Essential Oils are very concentrated and are likely to cause irritation if applied directly to the skin. For this reason, we recommend diluting your essential oils before using topically (on the skin). For skin application we recommend a 2-4% dilution and for facial application we recommend a 1-2% dilution for adults.
