AWO’s Mindful Essential Oil Blend Trio is comprised of three 100% Pure Essential Oil Blends known to support emotional health and wellbeing, and ability to enhance mindfulness practices. Our Grounded, Connect and Clarity Essential Oil Blends have been specifically selected and packaged in a stylish and environmentally friendly gift box, to create the perfect gift for yourself or a loved one.
Grounded Essential Oil Blend (15ml): AWO’s Grounded is a specially formulated for stress, designed to calm the nervous system whilst releasing unwanted tension and nervous energy. Grounded carries a slightly sweet yet, deeply herbaceous and floral aroma, that will encourage tranquillity and keep you grounded in times of stress, and has been seen to have a deeply calming effect on the brain and central nervous system.
Connect Essential Oil Blend (15ml): AWO’s Connect Blend, with it's deep earthy aroma, balanced with spicy and resinous notes, has been designed to complement and enhance your meditation practice. This blend offers unique benefits that evoke a sense of spirituality, mindfulness and calm, helping to promote peace and relaxation, enhance emotional balance, deepen the meditative state, and support spiritual connection.
Clarity Essential Oil Blend (15ml): AWO’s Clarity Blend uses evidence-based essential oils, designed to focus and inspire the mind. The refreshingly balanced and invigorating aroma of Clarity has been seen to energise those who suffer from brain fog and emotional fatigue, and has been seen to bring mental alertness and attentiveness in times of exhaustion.
There are countless ways to use essential oils, but below are a few of our favourite ideas to get you started;
- Diffuse: Add 1-3 drops of each Essential Oil to your Diffuser and allow the mindful aroma to fill the air.
- On the Go: For a minfulness blend you can take on the go, add 2-3 drops of each Essential Oil into a 10ml roller bottle and top up with Fractionated Coconut Oil – Apply to your wrists, temples, behind your ears & bottoms of your feet.
- Fast Remedy:For a quick fix, add 1-2 drops of Oil to a tissue and inhale at a distance while ensuring that the oil does not come into direct contact with your skin. Alternatively, you can smell the oil directly from the bottle!
- Room Spray:  Make your own room or meditation spray, by combining your Essential Oil, water and alcohol into a spray bottle. Shake before use each time to combine.
Essential Oil Safety
- In line with the Therapeutic Goods Act, we do not recommend ingesting essential oils without the guidance of a registered Aromatherapist or Naturopath. Essential Oils are extremely potent and can cause serious harm if used incorrectly.
- Essential oils should be kept out of reach of children and pets.
- Avoid using Essential Oils during pregnancy and whilst breastfeeding.
- Essential Oils are very concentrated and are likely to cause irritation if applied directly to the skin. For this reason, we recommend diluting your essential oils before using topically (on the skin). For skin application we recommend a 2-4% dilution and for facial application we recommend a 1-2% dilution for adults.
